Annual Parish Meeting - 13 May 2026 at 6.30 pm

The Chairman of Upper Clatford Parish Council invites all residents to this year's Annual Parish Meeting which will take place on Wednesday 13th May at 6.30pm to 7.30 pm at the King Edward VII Memorial Hall. This annual event will give residents the opportunity to hear what the Parish Council and invited local community groups have been engaged in during the last year and any plans they may have for the future. The event is an informal forum where residents can ask questions and raise local issues or concerns. It is also an opportunity for you make any suggestions that you feel would benefit the local community in the future. The parish meeting will be followed by the Annual Parish Council Meeting which members of the public are more than welcome to stay and observe if they wish.
