Annual Parish Meeting

The Chair of Upper Clatford Parish Council would like to invite parishioners to attend the Upper Clatford Annual Parish Meeting on Wednesday 13th May 2026 at 6.30 pm in the King Edward VII Memorial Hall (Upper Clatford Village Hall). This annual event will give residents the opportunity to hear what the Parish Council and invited local community groups have been engaged in during the last year and any plans they may have for the future. The event is an informal forum where residents can ask questions and raise local issues or concerns. It is also an opportunity for you make any suggestions that you feel would benefit the local community in the future. It is anticipated that the meeting will last for approx 1 hr. This parish meeting will be followed by the Annual Council meeting which members of the public are more than welcome to stay to observe if they wish.
