TARCA Volunteer Day Bury Hill Meadows

Event Location: Upper Clatford, Andover, Hampshire
FREE
Sunday 26th January 2025
10:00am – 2:00pm

Details

There is a TARCA (The Anton River Conservation Association) volunteer day at Bury Hill (meadows) on the 26th January. The plan for the day is to lay and rejuvenate a section of hedge (marked in purple on the map) and to coppice some trees and replant some sections of the current hedge (marked in Purple). The purple section will be worked on over 2 years so no major change this year.

They would really welcome volunteers to come along if you would be interested in joining. Note: hedge laying although very beneficial to wildlife can look quite stark when first done! Details on the TARCA website here Microsoft Word - 2025 Tasks and events TARCA version1.docx
